Crewing

You are welcome to bring non-pacer support crew. However, please advise them ahead of time that anyone without a registered runner bib, or a valid pacer bib, or who is not a registered volunteer for that specific location/time, will not be entitled to any of the event support and will not be permitted to enter any of the areas designated for registered event participants during the race.  This includes (but is not limited to) aid stations, warming stations, all food and drink support, and any other event related service or support. They are allowed in the heated school commoms area at all times. The best way for them to be included is to register ahead of time as a volunteer. Click here.

Due to the number of participants, bicycle pacing will not be permitted during daylight hours.  A single bike pacer per runner will be permitted during the night.  Bike pacers will need to have lighting (front and rear), use extreme caution and give right-of-way to the runners.  Please adjust front lighting down so it does not shine into the eyes of oncoming runners. - See more at: http://ww2.pistolultra.com/about/additional-details#sthash.PFhS0PV8.dpuf

The course is an open, public course.  As such, crews can support their runner(s) at any safe and legal access point.  Please observe all traffic laws and show the care and courtesy that ultra runners are famous for.  Any violations could severely jeopardize the future of this event.
