Medical
There will be no ongoing medical checks during the race; however, a first-aid kit will be available at each aid station.
Our medical director will be onsite at the main tent at the Start/Finish area, providing basic first aid and assessing any potential medical situations. They also offer physical therapy and foot care, helping runners push through when they feel they can't take another step. If you're struggling or thinking about calling it quits—DON’T!
Additional Medical Support:
Saturday night: Minor first-aid services will be available at the aid station from medical personnel.
Emergency care: If you’re in serious condition, you should call 911 & notify Race Director & Medical Director.
Personal responsibility: You are responsible for your own well-being.
🚨 IMPORTANT: We do not supply or recommend the use of pain relievers (NSAIDs, acetaminophen, etc.) during an ultra. Please bring your own supplies, including:
✔ Medications
✔ Foot care items
✔ Hot Hands
✔ Band-Aids
✔ Vaseline
✔ Anything else you may need
There are 24-hour drugstores nearby if you require additional supplies. Stay safe and run strong! 💪
